1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your orders reach you promptly. The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you choose, as well as your location. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Garden Grove, California. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather conditions, holidays, and courier delays.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Available for all orders within the United States.Expedited Shipping:
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Available for orders within the United States.Express Shipping:
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Available for orders within the United States, subject to availability.
International shipping options are also available, and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us for shipping quotes and delivery timelines.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the items in your cart, the shipping method selected, and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, so you can review and confirm the details before completing your purchase.
For orders over $100 within the United States, we offer free standard shipping. However, expedited and express shipping options will still incur additional charges.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday to Friday will typically be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on major holidays, and this may affect delivery times. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@zenhato.net to confirm shipping availability.
6. International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and will be collected upon delivery by the carrier or local authorities.
ZenHato is not responsible for any delays in international shipping caused by customs processing or other regulatory procedures. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for more information on potential fees and regulations before placing an order.
7. Shipping Issues

8. Lost or Damaged Items
ZenHato is committed to ensuring your products arrive safely and in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.
