  • Apple Pay & Google Pay:
    We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for customers who prefer to use their mobile devices for payment. Look for the option to pay via these methods during checkout.

  • Shop Pay & Klarna (Installment Payment Options):
    ZenHato offers flexible installment payment options through Shop Pay and Klarna. If eligible, you will be able to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. More details about these options will be available at checkout.

Sales tax will be applied to your order based on the shipping address provided during checkout. Tax rates are determined by the applicable state and local regulations.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees based on the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your products or the shipping cost, and they will be collected upon delivery. ZenHato is not responsible for these additional charges.

5. Payment Authorization

By submitting your order, you authorize ZenHato to process the payment and charge the specified payment method. If your payment method is declined, we will notify you and request that you provide an alternative payment method. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

In the event that your order is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

ZenHato takes fraud prevention seriously. We may request additional verification or identification from customers in certain cases, particularly for high-value orders or unusual purchasing patterns. If we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction or delay the shipment until further verification is completed.
